Registration Instructions

  • This form is only for adding a field trip to your Fire Congress registration. 
  • As we get closer to the event, we may open field trip attendance to guests and those not registered for the Fire Congress depending on availability. 
  • Field trips are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to limited space, payments must be made at the time of registration. If the payment is not received, your registration will be canceled. 

  • Once a field trip is full, a waitlist will be started. If a spot becomes available, we will email you a notice.

Refund and Transfer Policy

  • Registration Transfer: You can transfer field trip registration to another person with no charge.
  • Cancellation by Registrant: You can cancel your field trip before November 30. Your registration payment will be refunded to the original form of payment minus a 5% processing fee of $2.50 . 
  • Cancellation by AFE: If the pandemic requires AFE to change the event, you will be refunded with no processing fees applied.
